Decorative and grip tape, scratches, scuffs and general wear and tear is not covered by warranty

Warranty covers manufacturing defects on hardware as well as kinked, cracked, bent and snapped tubing. Potential for repair must be assessed first before a replacement hoop is considered

To make the warranty process more efficient, please send through several photos of the issue when contacting us in regards to warranty

Shipping cost is covered by the customer

As hoops are custom made, we are unfortunately unable to accepts returns or order cancellations for change of mind

By purchasing from this shop, you agree to the current listed turnaround time. No orders will be cancelled or refunded for failing to acknowledge the current turnaround time

All delivery dates are estimated and we make no guarantees that a package will arrive by a certain date. No returns will be accepted due to delivery delays on the part of the shipping provider.
